1. General Returns and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will unfortunately be unable to accept your request.

Items returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

2. Returns and Exchanges Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@yadlix.com and include your order number, the item or items you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide the necessary return or exchange instructions, including the return address.

  3. Carefully package the item you are returning and include the invoice or another document showing your order number.

  4. Ship the item to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except where the product is defective or an error was made by Yadlix.

  5. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect its condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving and approving the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where the product is defective or an error was made by Yadlix.

4. Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@yadlix.com.

Yadlix will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a prompt refund or exchange.
